Red Carpet by Macy’s welcome email: I worked with teams across the company, from legal to marketing to loyalty, to highlight the most important details for new members for the 2024 launch of Macy’s Red Carpet membership program.

Created the “Icons of Style” name for the launch of 5 distinct product lines designed by Black fashion visionaries.

Interviewed designers and created unique style descriptors for each collab during the launch of Icons of Style.

I created content (updated quarterly) for a large range of category-based post-purchase triggered emails—this one focused on accessories.

Another category-based post-purchase triggered email—this one focused on encouraging complementary purchases.

Created new content for Macy’s app sitelet each quarter, including tie-ins to holidays, etc.

Worked closely with product and legal teams, plus outside Klarna team, to create a conversational, friendly sitelet for the launch of Klarna on macys.com.
